Ryan’s radio interest began in the second grade from being a success story of a speech therapy program that was featured on Clark Atlanta’s Jazz station. This radio debut unlocked the power of exposure for Ryan and showed him he could envision himself pursuing this career path…

Professional Career

  • 2024: Cameron’s iconic voice now welcomes millions as the official voice of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Plane Train, greeting travelers from around the world as they arrive in the heart of Atlanta.

  • 2024: Fox Soul launches groundbreaking original series “Truth Talks’ featuring Emmy-Winning Host Ryan Cameron

  • 2023: Ryan becomes the official Voice of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

  • 2023: Ryan received syndication nationally by Urban One Inc's Reach Media of "Ryan Cameron Uncensored"

  • 2023: Teamed up with Interval Presents, Warner Music Group’s in-house podcast network, and Double Elvis to produce the 14-episode series called Amplify Color.

  • 2018: Cameron becomes public address announcer for the Atlanta Falcons

  • 2018: Joined Radio One urban AC “Majic 107.5/97.5” WAMJ/WUMJ Atlanta Team to host Atlanta's prime-time afternoons shows

  • 2017: His signature “fore 3eeeeeeee” is immortalized in the NBA 2k17 video game to be played all around the world

  • 2016: Ranked the #1 non-syndicated radio show in the country at Majic 107.5/97.5

  • 2015: Hosted the #1 A.M. show in Atlanta: "The Ryan Cameron Morning Show with Wanda Smith" on WVEE Atlanta on V103

  • 2004: Cameron is named the first African American P.A. Announcer for the Atlanta Hawks franchise

  • 2003: Named the “The Voice of Atlanta” for his notable work in radio and in the community

  • 1995: Cameron became the first-morning host of Hot 97.5, Atlanta’s first hip-hop station

  • 2023: Ryan bring jobs to his home community, and opens up the first franchisee location of Dough Boy Pizza, a black-owned pizza franchise by Chef Erica Barrett

  • 2002: Founded the Ryan Cameron Foundation Leadership Academy, recruiting rising high school students and providing them with opportunities in academics, leadership, and career development.

Education

  • Ryan is a proud member of Kappa Alpa Psi Fraternity, Inc.

  • Ryan graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies
